SSPでは住友重機械工業、ニッセイ、ファナックなどの最新の日本製射出成形機を導入しています。当社は生産ラインを継続的に改善および自動化し、効率と精度を最適化します。機械はランナーからプラスチックを自動的にリサイクルして、無駄を最小限に抑え、効率を最適化します。
パッケージ
機械は、あらかじめ決められた数量の小さな製品を包装します。大型の製品は SSP 従業員パッケージで梱包され、QR コードが保管箱に刻印されます。
保管所
製品はAGVロボットを使用して倉庫に出入りします。 SSP 倉庫は完全に自動化されており、高い精度と配送へのスムーズな移行を保証します。

配達
製品は先入れ先出し方式で納品されます。 AGV ロボットは、SSP 集中 QR システムに基づいて商品を配達エリアに搬送し、操作エラーを削減します。
