MANUFACTURE
SSP implements the latest Japanese injection moulding machines such as Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Nissei, and Fanuc. We continuously improve and automate our production line to optimize efficiency and accuracy. Machines automatically recycle plastics from runner to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
PACKAGE
Machines package smaller products with predetermined quantities. Larger products are packaged by SSP employees package. Products are controlled and administered to our storage area by QR codes are stamped onto storage boxes.
STORAGE
First in - First Out System
Products enter and exit the warehouse using AGV Robots. SSP warehouse is fully automated ensuring high accuracy and a smooth transition into delivery.

DELIVERY
Products are delivered based on First in - First out method. AGV Robots transfer products to delivery area based on SSP centralized QR system to reduce operational errors.
